The <br />purpose of the Shoreland Overlay District is to provide for the wise utilization of shoreland areas <br />in order to preserve the quality and natural character of these protected waters of the City. <br />Boundaries. of the shoreland overlay district shall be as defined by Shoreland in Section 9.25.02, <br />Subd. 3. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04-_ has been approved by the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and e:i:Iect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and etIect of Ordinance #04-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land), Section 9.25 (Shoreland Management), Sub-section 9.25.04, to reclassify Rogers <br />Lake from a Recreational Lake to a Natural Envirorunent Lake. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
