Oity policy requires City Engineer review of bituminous and cnrb installation for proper <br />drainage. Once this is done and the plan is ~:bnnd acceptable, the improvements can then be <br />installed. <br /> <br />The adjacent land uses have their parking and display areas at or very close to the property line <br />along Hw¢,'. 10. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Mr. Druk's plans improve the Subject Property from its cun'ent condition. Staff recommends <br />approval of the variance, however, the setback from the fence should be increased from 2 feet to <br />3 feet to ensure sufficient clearance to avoid damage to fence by parking vehicles.
