EXHIBIT B <br />Fees Payable to the City <br />1. Park Dedication. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Park <br />Dedication requirements. The 2017 Park Dedication Fee applicable to the Plat is <br />$2,800.00 per residential unit. PERMITTEE must pay a Park Dedication Fee of <br />Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,800 x 27 units = <br />$75,600.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The <br />rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />2. Trail Development Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br />applicable Trail Development Fee requirements. The 2017 Trail Development Fee <br />applicable to the Plat is $800.00 per residential unit. The PERMITTEE may apply <br />the cost of the trail construction in Outlot A as well as the boardwalk construction <br />towards the required trail fee. The engineers estimate stated a cost of Seven <br />Hundred Sixty Dollars and No Cents ($760.00) for the construction of the trail, and <br />a cost of Two Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Dollars and No Cents <br />($2,340.00) for a total credit of Three Thousand One Hundred Dollars and No Cents <br />($3,100.00) of improvements that can be credited towards the total trail fee paid. <br />The PERMITTEE must pay a Trail Development Fee of Fifteen Thousand and <br />Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($15,400.00) ($800 x 27 units - $3,100 credit <br />= $15,400.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The <br />rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for <br />satisfying applicable Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee requirements. The 2017 Sanitary <br />Sewer Trunk applicable to the Plat is $1,126.00 per residential unit. PERMITTEE <br />must pay a Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee of Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Nine <br />Dollars and No Cents ($1,137 x 27 units = $30,699.00). The PERMITTEE <br />acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is <br />recorded will be collected. <br />4. Water Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br />applicable Water Trunk Fee requirements. The Plat is located in a reimbursement <br />area related to previous construction of the water trunk line that services the Plat. <br />21st Century Bank is entitled to reimbursement of fees collected for the Plat per the <br />existing reimbursement agreement. The 2017 Water Trunk applicable to the Plat is <br />$1,925.00 per residential unit. PERMITTEE must pay a Water Trunk Fee of Fifty <br />One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and No Cents ($1,925 x 27 units <br />= $51,975.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The <br />rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. A copy of the <br />reimbursement agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit C. <br />5. Sanitary Sewer Lateral Benefit Fees. The PERMITTEE is constructing its own <br />lateral service lines; therefore no sanitary sewer lateral benefit fee is due. <br />
