6. Water Lateral Fees. The PERMITTEE is constructing its own lateral service lines; therefore no water lateral benefit fee is due. 7. Stormwater Management Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements. The 2017 Stormwater Management Fee applicable to the Plat is $473 per residential unit. PERMITTEE must pay a Stormwater Management Fee of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy One Dollars and No Cents ($473 x 27 units = $12,771.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. 8. Street Light Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for a Street Light Fee of One Thousand Four Hundred and Forty One Dollars and No Cents ($1,441.00) per light. The PERMITTEE is responsible for installation of street lights within the Plat. As of February 1, 2017 Connexus Energy no longer creates a street lighting plan for final plats. As such, the PERMITTEE will be required to create a street lighting plan and receive approval of that street lighting plan from the CITY. PERMITTEE acknowledges that the final quantity of street lights required may change pending final approval of the lighting plan by the CITY. The PERMITTEE shall work directly with Connexus Energy for street light installation. 9. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee associated with lighting of public rights of way. PERMITTEE must pay a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of Two Hundred and Ninety Four Dollars and No Cents ($294.00) per light. As of February 1, 2017, Connexus energy no longer creates a street lighting plan for final plats. As such, the PERMITTEE will be required to create a street lighting plan and receive approval of that street lighting plan from the CITY. The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected.
