WHEREAS, on April 17, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the Oak Wilt <br />Management Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 2017, the City Council reviewed the final plat and easement <br />vacation applications, as well as the Oak Wilt Management Plan, Development Agreement, and <br />Tree Clearing and Grading Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the vacation of an existing trail easement <br />and drainage and utility easement in accordance with the plans submitted to the City by the <br />Applicant dated January 27, 2017, revised April 13, 2017, contingent upon recording of <br />the Final Plat of BROOKFIELD 8TH ADDITION. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement. <br />3. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to BROOKFIELD 8TH <br />ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff Review Letter dated February 24, 2017, revised May 5, 2017, contingent on <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />4. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Grading and Tree Clearing Agreement <br />for BROOKFIELD 8TH ADDITION and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />sign on behalf of the City. <br />5. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for <br />BROOKFIELD 8TH ADDITION and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign <br />on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following <br />voted against the same: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />RESOLUTION #17-05-111 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
