7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />11) <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />13) <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />16) <br /> <br />17) <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />19) <br /> <br />That the Applicant stated that construction of a permanent Village Bank facility will be <br />initiated itl the spring of 2005. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary modular office structure shall conform to the State Fire, MN <br />State Building Codes, and the City's grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility <br />standards. <br /> <br />That the installation of the temporary modular office will require extension of sewer and <br />water lines to the site in order to accommodate restroom facilities. <br /> <br />'l'hat the proposed interim use will not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of the City. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working <br />in thc vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity <br />and such use will/will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services. <br /> <br />That tile proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be disturbing or hazardous to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property <br />or thc general welfare, by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke or glare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be in accordance with the objectives of the Comprehensive <br />Plan and the intent of Section 9.03.04A Interim Use Permits of the City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />Resolution #04-09-279 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
