the park, i.e., picnic pavilions and trails will appeal to currently underserved <br />populations who noted picnicking, walking/biking and gathering with family as their <br />preferred outdoor activity. In addition, based on the park location on the river, it is <br />anticipated that the fishing opportunities provided within the park will generally <br />appeal to Asian Immigrant and Asian American populations as their preferred outdoor <br />activities were noted as walking, fishing and rest or relaxation. <br />DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT <br />The development concept for the park was laid out in the 2010 Master Plan <br />Amendment and illustrated in Figure 6.
