Using this study the total acreage of the new proposed land uses <br />were determined and their corresponding trip generations were completed. The <br />proposed developments and trip generations can be found in the Appendix. <br />Applying the background growth rate and surrounding development trip <br />generations to the existing traffic volumes established the 2040 No -Build <br />forecasts. <br />c.
