Show raw water line that will be installed by others also. The RTC development will require additional water supply wells. This was anticipated and a lot was platted on the east side of Zeolite Street for a fi~ture well. 'An exploratory well has been developed on the lot and the plans for pipe to connect this well with the city water distribzttion system have been issued for construction. The proposed gas station on the site is within the well head protection area for this future well. Gas Stations are not explicitly prohibited in well head protection areas, however additional protection measures are required for the underground storage tanks and dispensing areas. Plans.Jbr these additional controls must be submitted to the city flbr approval. Relocation of the well has been suggested by the developer. This may be acceptable to the city if ct suitable site for the new well can be found. The developer will be responsible for reimbursing the city expenditures to date on the cztrrent well sire and reimbursing the city for the cost of pipe installed but not z~sed to connect to the original well. · Coordinates are shown on the current plans. The basis datum for these coordinates must be specified, several conflicting coordinate systems have been used on this project to date. · The buildings along Sunwood and Zeolite are permitted up to the right of way. Stoops for doors should be must be kept inside the property, stoops protruding into the right of way interfere with the small utilities. How are contractors to determine this radius'? · Page 62 Railings are r~tuired on all retaining walls over 3.5 ft. Add railings to the sections.
