Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br /> <br />CAIJL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 7:06 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was nolle. <br /> <br />APPROVAl. OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, and <br />Zimmcrman. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Strommen. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated there has been a tragic incident that took place in the City in the last couple <br />of weeks. He commended the area police for their response to this situation. He stated this has <br />affected their community quite a bit. Ramsey is not unique in a lot of the situations happening <br />through the United States, and this is very tragic.
