CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: TSM Development <br />Proposal- CNP Mini-Storage <br />By: Amy Geisler, Associate Planner <br /> Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As Council will recall, the preliminary plat for Regency Pond 4th Addition and the site <br />plan for CNP Storage were both tabled at the October 12, 2004 Council meeting. Council <br />directed staff to bring both cases to a work session, in order to provide more <br />comprehensive direction to staff. <br /> <br />Staff is looking for direction on the following items: <br /> <br />· Full cul de sac off of 148th Ave NW <br />· Decorative/privacy fence <br />· Landscaping <br />· Setbacks to residentially zoned properties to the north (bufferyard) <br />· Modification of the grading plan <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br />Assistant Director of Public Works <br /> <br />CCWS: 10/1.9/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
