Kapler have stated that they will not open the park until they get a road access. <br /> <br />Councihnember Cook replied that the City has stated that it would be the spring of 2004 before <br />the park would be opened. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to recommend that <br />Community Development staff and Councilmembers Cook and Elvig work with John Peterson <br />on providing an access to 167th Avenue. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
