CASE #2: <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend approval/disapproval/amendment of the <br />findings of fact and approval/disapproval of this home occupation permit <br />request. <br /> <br />If your actions are to recommend approval, then you should consider <br />language for the agreement. <br /> <br />COMMISSION REPLACEMENT - COMMISSION REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />6:30 p.m.; Charles LaDue - Mr. LaDue had applied for the opening on the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission in January, 1980, but was not chosen. He <br />has expressed the desire to be considered for %he new opening. However, <br />he has notified us that he cannot be present for the February 2, 1982 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains his letter from January, 1980 and his letter <br />dated January 26, 1982 stating he cannot be in attendance. Also enclosed <br />is our letter to Mr. LaDue setting up the interview with him. When he <br />was interviewed in February, 1980, there were no minutes recorded, so <br />you will need to pick your brains the best you can to remember back that <br />far. <br /> <br />6:40 p.m.; Darryl Fults, Sr. - Enclosure (D2-c) contains Mr. Darryl Fults, <br />Sr.'s letter applying for the position on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Also in enclosure (D2-c) is our letter to Mr. Fults setting up the interview <br />with him. <br /> <br />Since we have not heard from Mr. Fults, it is our assumption that this <br />timeframe is fine. <br /> <br />6:50 p.m.; Dale Voltin - Enclosure (D2-d) contains Mr. Dale Voltin's letter <br />applying for the position on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Also <br />enlcosed is our letter to Mr. Voltin setting up the interview time with <br />him, <br /> <br />As with Mr. Fults, we have not heard from Mr. Voltin, so it is also our <br />assumption that %his timeframe is fine, <br /> <br />7:00 F.m.; Robert Isakson - Enclosure (D2-e) contains Mr. Robert Isakson's <br />letter applying for the position on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Also enclosed is our letter to.Mr. Isakson setting up the interview time <br />with him, <br /> <br />Also, we have not heard from Mr. Isakson regarding this, so we are also <br />under the assumption this timeframe is fine. <br /> <br />7:10 p.m.; Dr. Thomas Anderson - Enclosure (D2-f) contains our letter to <br />Dr. Anderson setting up the interview time with him, Dr. Anderson has <br />indicated to us that his letter of application for the position on the <br />Commission will be available for your review on February 2, 1982. Also, <br />this timeframe~ is fine with him. <br /> <br /> <br />
