AppJication The applicant shall provide such information as required on the forms <br />furnished by tile Cjt~ and shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator. The application <br />shall be filed with the Zonin~ Adlninistrator 30 days prior to any Business's intended <br />.o_F_ct~;2ncy~._or 3(~) ~l_a3,s_j)rior lo the existino~ BRC's expiration date. <br /> <br />b. Certificate - No person or business shall operate in the City without first obtainin~ a <br />_c_c_Lr I i tiF~q I_c_' p re v i d e d herein. <br /> <br />c.
