Peltzer. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson directs staff to draft a letter to Caine and O'Malley, <br />to be signed by Chairman Peterson, expressing Commissions displeasure <br />with inadequacies of plat prepared for Mr. Peltzer. <br /> <br />3) Ms. Jan Taylor Regarding Subdivision of Property <br /> <br />Jan Taylor 14820 St. Francis Boulevard - Stated she has sold her present <br />home to her son and would like to subdivide her property and build <br />another home for herself. <br /> <br />Commission advised Jan Taylor to approach a surveyor, inform him of her <br />plans and request a sketch plan of the best possible route for her to go <br />within Ramsey City Ordinances. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~nissioner West and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, <br />Deemer, Schneider and West.
