His concerns are what effect the increase in
traffic will have on the safety of the children in the area and the
unpaved road is not set up for heavy traffic. Will Karol also be serving
hot dogs, sno-cones, etc., from the trailer? What about health inspections?

Karol Andreason - Stated the only prevailing traffic there will be is her
own car coming and going delivering pizza. Her advertisements will not
include her address, therefore, there will be no pizza served on premises
and no customers coming to her home to pick up pizzas. Her husband will
be bringing her supplies home to her in his own vehicle. This is a pizza
preparation and delivery service only, no other foods will be prepared
and served on premises. The trailer would be parked in her driveway this
winter whether or not she is in the pizza business. The windows of the
trailer will be covered so as not to shed light unnecessarily during the
evening hours.

Mr. Dunn - Mrs. Andreason will have to provide a complete set of specs and
plans to the County Health Department and be subject to health inspection
before receiving her license.

Neil Waltz - 5511 164th Lane N.W. - Stated he also is opposed. There will
be an increase in traffic because Andreason.ts themselves will be coming
and going more often. What about insurance?

Ms. Andreason I am fully insured under my Peddlers insurance. I have
a drive-thru driveway, therefore, there will not be a lot of backing up
and turning around.

Ruth Thompson - 5751 164th Lane N.W. Wonde'ring if this case is going to
set a precedent in the residential neighborhoods.

P & Z/No?embeT 3, 1981
Public Hearing
Page 1
