Peltzer Addition <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />At our regular meeting of November 3, 1981, we reviewed the above referenced <br />plat which was prepared for Mr. Reinhold Peltzer by your firm. As Chairman <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission, I have been asked to inform you that <br />we were appalled at the number of deficiencies in the plat.
