HARRY ELLIS: <br /> <br />Mr. Ellis has accepted a position with an out-of-state firm and will <br />be resigning from the Planning and Zoning Commission. He has indicated <br />his letter of resignation should be available for the meeting. <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend accepting/rejecting Mr. Ellis' resig- <br />nation. You should further request the City Council's approval to <br />advertise for and accept applications for a replacement for Mr~ Ellis, <br /> <br />RECODIFICATION OF CITY ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />The City Attorney will be available for the meeting to address this <br />item and report on what progress has been made to date, Commission- <br />members should make notations of any specific concerns they may have <br />with the current ordinance and changes they may wish to have considered. <br /> <br /> <br />
