Alternate ~3 <br /> <br />Physically, Alternate #3 is as good or better than Alternate #2 and would <br />adequately serve the City's needs. It has only one fault, which makes it <br />Alternate ~3. That fault being that Parcel 7270 would be landlocked. I <br />don't feel that this would be good planning on the part of the City. <br /> <br />Alternate <br /> <br />Physically, Alternate #4 could be as acceptable as the other alternates. <br />However, I don't feel it provides for good continuity of %he property. <br /> <br />Alternate #5 <br /> <br />I don't feel this alternate should be considared. It is, in my opinion, <br />inadequately sized and takes in prime developable land'along 153rd Avenue. <br /> <br />In conclusion, I would strongly recommend that Alternate #1 be seriously <br />considered, as I feel it is what the City is, in reality, going to need in <br />the future. If it proves to be more property than needed, them some could <br />be resold.
