Council action is to approve/disapprove of the enclosed applications. Approval can be by the following motions: Motion by and seconded by to approve the appli- cation of Super Bowl, Inc. for the on-sale liquor license commencing July 1, 1982 and expiring June 30, 1983. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no Motion by and seconded by to approve the appli- cation of Jimmy B's American Cafe and Lounge for the on-sale liquor license commencing July 1, 1982 and expiring June 30, 1983. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no APPROVAL OF 3.2 BEER LICENSE; CASE OF BROOKS SUPERETTE: Brooks Superette is applying for a 3.2 beer license for the Ralph's Country Meats location. They are requesting this license commence on May 26, 1982 so they can sell as soon as possible. Enclosure (D3-f) contains his applica- tion and other information regarding Brooks Superette. Council action is to approve/disapprove of this application. Approval can be by the following motion: Motion by and seconded by to approve the appli- cation of Brooks Superette to sell 3.2 beer at 14550 Armstrong Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota and said license to commence May 1, 1982 and expire on June 30, 1982 and also approval is granted for the following year commencing July 1, 1982 and expiring June 30, 1983 upon payment of the proper fees.
