There <br />were two bidders as noted on the bid tabulation which is included as <br />enclosure (D3-g). <br /> <br />It would be ou~. recommendation that the bids for cleaning be awarded to the <br />low bidder, John's Maintenance Service, in the amount of $400.00 per month, <br />as established by Resolution #82- which is included as included as <br />enclosure (D3-g). <br /> <br />Your action in this matter will be as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />#82- accepting the low bid of John's Maintenance Service in the <br />amount of $400.00 per month to clean the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82- .) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />AWARD OF BID FOR GROUND MAINTENANCE AT CITY HALL: <br /> <br />Quotations for the grass cutting at City Hall were received on May 5, 1982. <br />There were five quotations received ranging from $35.00 per week to $200.00 <br />per week. The bid tabulation is included as enclosure (D3-h) for your in- <br />formation. <br /> <br />It would be our recommendation that the bid be awarded to the low bidder in <br />the amount of $35.00 per week. We feel that the young gentlemen who had the <br />courage to submit a bid at least deserves a chance to prove himself. We <br />have also talked to his father who has indicated he will be supervising his <br />son's ~work as well as assisting if necessary. <br /> <br />Resolution #82- is included as enclosure (D3'h) for your consideration. <br /> <br />Your action in this matter should be as follows: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />#82- accepting the low bid of Mark Zelenak in the amount of $35.00 <br />per week to maintain the grounds at the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82- .) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />AWARD OF BID FOR CUTTING GRASS IN CITY PARKS: <br /> <br />Bids were received May 5, 1982 for the cutting of the grass in the various <br />City Parks. There were two bidders and both bids were in the same amount. <br />Based on the Street Superintendent's recommendation and the fact that one <br />of the bidders is a resident, it would be our recommendation the bid be <br />awarded to Arnie's Ground Maintenance for $18.00 per hour. <br /> <br /> <br />
