I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to appoint an Ad Hoc <br />Committee consisting of two Councilmembers, two members from the EDC <br />and City Staffmembers to develop a rough draft establishing a policy <br />regarding the financing of public utilities (sanitary sewer and water), <br />storm sewers and streets in B-l, I-1 and R-1 zoned areas which will <br />then be submitted.to the EDC for their review and comments and then <br />to the City Council for their action. Further, the Councilmembers <br />who are appointed to this Ad Hoc Committee will be appointed in accord- <br />ance with Council policy. (Please refer to Resolution #82-32 which <br />is contained as enclosure (D3-j).) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />OR <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to direct City Staff <br />to prepare a rough draft establishing policy regarding the financing <br />of public utilities (sanitary sewer and water), storm sewers and streets <br />which will be reviewed by the EDC prior to submitting to Council. It <br />is further directed that any EDC proposed revision be separate of <br />Staff original rough draft when submitted to the City Council for their <br />action. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes , <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FUNDING TO OPERATE SWIMMING POOL; CASE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT #728: <br /> <br />School District 9728 is requesting assistance in funding the operation of ~ <br />the swimming pool during the months of July and August from local governmental <br />agencies. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-k) contains the following documentation for Council information <br />on this case: <br /> <br />a) School District #728's letter dated April 28,'1982 which is request- <br /> ing the above assistance. <br /> <br /> b) Mayor Gamec's memo dated May 19, 1982 to the Ramsey City Council con- <br /> taining his recommendation in regards to this case as he won't be <br /> present for this meeting. <br /> <br />Council also may designate Revenue Sharing Funds if they so choose in this <br />case. <br /> <br />Your action will be as follows to approve or disapprove of their request. <br />If you do approve, you will have to do it by resolution. The following motions <br />are hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />#82- authorizing the City of Ramsey to donate $ to School <br />District #728 for the purpose of maintaining their swimming pool <br />during July and August.
