Skeim, it need not be included in the plat. <br /> <br /> I Regarding the question of variance to park fees for that two + acres, the question <br /> is now mute, in that the remainder parcel (Kerssen's homestead) is not to be included <br /> in the proposed plat of Ramsey Commons. <br /> <br /> cc: Scandinavian Construction . -- <br /> <br /> <br />
