NCi']CE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> The Ramsey City Planning & Zoning Commission will bold a <br />public hearing at 7:30 P.M. on May 4, 1982, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />for the purpose of reviewing a proposed Preliminary Plat "Ramsey Commons" <br />for Scandinavian Construction Company. <br /> <br />Legal Description: That part of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, and <br />that part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter <br />of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />as described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Nowthen <br />Blvd. and the North line of said Section 26; thence South- <br />easterly along the centerline of said Nowthen Blvd. 891 <br />feet; thence Northeasterly and at right angles to said <br />Nowthen Blvd. for a distance of 254 feet; thence Northwesterly <br />to the Northeast corner of said Section 26; thence West along <br />the North line of said Section 26 to the point of beginning. <br />Excepting therefrom the Southeasterly 288.96 feet thereof as <br />measured along the centerline.of said Nowthen Blvd. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the plat.
