(Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #82-59). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #4: Approval Of Elk River Fire Contract Services For 1982: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the City of Elk River's proposed Fire Service Contract for calendar <br />year 1982. Further to approve of the rates as stated in paragraph 2 of said <br />contract. Further to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the <br />above said contract for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
