I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and mc, v~[ for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~82- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM ESCROW FUND #804 TO GENERAL FUND #101 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Waste Management, Inc., Minnesota, dedicated $5,000.00 to <br />the City of Ramsey to cover miscellaneous costs which are directly related to <br />the ~msey Landfill. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of <br />Minnesota placed the $5,000.00 in Escrow Fund ~804 and directed that it be used <br />to defray miscellaneous costs involving the Ramsey Landfill. <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, there is now a balance of $2,611.74 in Escrow Fund #804 <br />and there is expenses exceeding this amount. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MIITNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby directed that the s~um of $2,611.74 be transferred <br />from Escrow Fund #804 to General Fund #101 for the purpose of paying for miscel- <br />laneous costs involved with the Ramsey Landfill. <br /> <br /> 2) It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished a <br />copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re~olution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was dedlared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this day of , 1982 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
