CITY POLICY CONCERNING BASEMENT USES <br /> <br />It is the City of Ramsey's policy that use of the downstairs area shall be <br />confined to City functions and Civic Organizations. <br /> <br />Scheduling order will be: <br /> 1) Senior Citizens <br /> <br /> 2) Regularily scheduled Civic Organizations <br /> <br /> 3) Grot~ps wishing to use facilities on occasional basis. <br /> <br />A damage deposit will be required to cover any damages or failure to return <br />facilities to stone order in which they were found. <br /> <br />DIJPOS I TS <br /> <br />Seniors' no charge <br /> <br />Regularily scheduled groups: <br /> <br />Occasional use' $15.00 <br /> <br />$25.00. per year (to be carried forward yearly <br /> unless used). <br /> <br />RULES <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />z) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Your group will be responsible for any damage which occurs <br />during your use. <br /> <br />The facility must be returned to the same order in which <br />you found it and all lights must be turned off. <br /> <br />No alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the premises. <br /> <br />During evening functions, doors must be locked upon leaving. <br /> <br />TO SIGN UP ......
