P., defendants <br />hereby request that plaintiffs answer the following interrogatories, <br />under oath, and serve a copy of the answers on the undersigned <br />attorneys for defendants within 30 days from the date of service <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> <br /> A. "Plaintiffs" means the City of Ramsey, Thomas Gamec, all <br />present or former officers, directors, employees and agents of any <br />of the above-named plaintiffs, and all other persons acting for or <br />on behalf of any of the above-named plaintiffs. <br /> <br /> B. "Person" and "persons" include .natural persons, private <br />corporations, governmental entities, partnerships, associations and <br />joint ventures, and any other legal or commercial entity. The <br />singular and plural forms are used interchangeably. <br /> <br /> <br />
