After <br />had you sign the copies at the Council meeting on April 27, 1982, the City Engineer <br />had suggested certain amendments which really don't change the substance of the <br />Agreement But do make it more specific. <br /> <br />After you have reviewed the Contract and, if you have no questions, will you please <br />sign it and return to ~. I will then obtain the City's required signatures and <br />return to you a fully executed copy.
