The workmanship is quite good and overall I feel the project.is a real success. The first heavy rains of the season resulted in a small wet spot on the carpet near the kitchen area. Therefore, the decision was made to place the concrete adjacent the building in place of the rock which was the cause of the problem. No further problems have been observed since this work was completed. The energy conservation items (i.e. fans, air exchange timer, etc.) as previously bid have now been completed. While the new sign has been wired, the battery packs for the emergency lighting and exit lights have not been installed. I have had no further discussion with Hydrotherm or Johnson Plumbing in regards to the boiler unit. However, now that we are no longer in the heating season, I would think they will be out to do the testing we discussed at our last meeting.
