The workmanship is quite good and overall I feel the project.is a <br />real success. <br /> <br />The first heavy rains of the season resulted in a small wet spot on the carpet <br />near the kitchen area. Therefore, the decision was made to place the concrete <br />adjacent the building in place of the rock which was the cause of the problem. <br />No further problems have been observed since this work was completed. <br /> <br />The energy conservation items (i.e. fans, air exchange timer, etc.) as previously <br />bid have now been completed. While the new sign has been wired, the battery <br />packs for the emergency lighting and exit lights have not been installed. <br /> <br />I have had no further discussion with Hydrotherm or Johnson Plumbing in regards <br />to the boiler unit.
