Status of Subdivisions: <br /> <br /> A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage ditch left to complete which is <br /> scheduled to be constructed with the 2nd Addition improvements. <br /> <br /> B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: There is no change in the status of this <br /> plat since our last report. <br /> <br /> C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: The developer was given an <br /> extension for paving the streets until 1983. In return, the developer has <br /> agreed to participate in the improvement of the streets in the First Addition. <br /> <br /> D. Pondvale Estates: There is no change in the status of this plat since our <br /> last report. <br /> <br /> E. Alpaca Estates: Minor restoration work left to complete. <br /> <br /> F. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted another six-month extension <br /> for filing the plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br /> G. Hy-10 Ramsey: The developer was granted an extension for filing the plat <br /> until July 1, 1982 at the January 26, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br /> H. Ramsey Commons: This plat will be in for preliminary approval at your <br /> May 25, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />2. 1981 Street Projects: C.E.D. Inc. will continue as the engineer on these <br /> projects. These projects should be completed by the end of this month. <br /> <br />3. Sewer and Water Feasibility: I am presently working on this feasibility study <br /> and plan to complete it within the next two (2) weeks. <br /> <br />4. 1982 MSAS Project: This plans are presently at the Mn/DOT Central Office of <br /> State Aid for review. Plan review should be completed within the next three <br /> (3) weeks at which time the City can set a bid date. <br /> <br /> The City Attorney is presently working on easement negotiations. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
