Page 5 <br />Council Meeting <br />September 11, 1978 <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Menkveld said that 149th Avenue and 149th Lane will be paved <br />by Mr. Menkveld as a part of Pineview Estates but that 150th will not <br />be paved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to.order <br />an informal public hearing for Greenland Hills Plat #1 and Menkvelds <br />Pineview Estates Unplatted to be held October 9, 1978 at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT; CASE OF LOUIS LANGOS <br /> <br />Mr. Louis Langos had withdrawn his request for a home occupation permit <br />as he is being transferred out of state. He has asked for a refund of <br />his filing fee of $50.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />deduct the public hearing costs and submit the remainder to Mr. Langos as <br />a refund. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />PETITION FOR A STOP SIGN - 163RD AND MARBLE STREET <br /> <br />A petition for a two-way stop sign at 163rd and Marble was presented to <br />the Council. The Street Superintendent ~andPolice Department had con- <br />ducted a traffic study of the area and determined a stop sign is needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Gamec'to <br />have a stop sign installed at 163rd and Marbel as per the police <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR 90 DAY PERMIT FOR PLACEMENT OF TRAILER - PETER BUDGE <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Budge is asking Council permission to place his travel trailer <br />on the lot at 15140 Juniper Ridge Drive (this is where they are building <br />a new home) for 90 days while they are finishing their home. They have <br />had considerable setbacks in the completion of their home due to sickness <br />and vandalism. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to grant <br />Peter Budge a 90 day temporary permit upon posting a $300.00 bond as <br />required in City Code 170.012. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried- <br /> <br /> <br />
