Now, the Public HearinE notes the discussion <br />of restrictive covenants for Traprock Commons. However, the <br />Planning Commission resolution makes no reference to the re- <br />strictive covenants. Secondly, the City Council in their <br />action on aporoving the plat did not even know about a <br />covenant. <br /> <br />Consequently, we have the Council declaring a moratorium on <br />accessory buildings and then we have Mr. Skiem s~ving he has <br />been ~ranted a restrictive covenants with the subject olat <br />which allows accessorw buildings. Thirdly, we have a covenant <br />which has been first drawn up durin~ the month of September, <br />1978. <br /> <br /> <br />
