"Lack of the owner occupancy <br />requirement may be detrimental to the character of the 'eXisting neighborhood." ' . <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Johnson called the public hearing to order at 8:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community .Development Director Frolik stated since the adoption of' the 2001 Comprehensive <br />Plan, the City has taken the steps necessary to implement the Plan by amending the Subdivision <br />and Zoning Chapter of City Code. As is genei-atly the dase when working with new ordinances, <br />corrections and housekeeping items begin to show up. Staff has been compiling a 'parking lot <br />list' of housekeeping items that need to be corrected or clarified.
