The Shoreland Overlay district regulations <br />manage all lands adjacent to state.desi~onated public waters, with the exception of the Mississippi <br />and Rum Rivers in Ramsey where Critical Area and Wild and Scenic regulations are in place. <br /> <br />One of the changes to the Shoreland Overlay District included in Ordinance #04-32 adopted on <br />August 10 was the reclassification of Rogers Lake from a Natural Environn~ent Lake to a <br /> <br />Planning Commission/October 7, 2004 <br /> Page 12 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
