Johnstone for a dog kennel. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2-b) proposed conditional use permit agreement <br />should council approve of the above request. <br /> <br />Information: The following back-up information is submitted on <br />the above request. <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D2-c) Mr. Johnstone's application and notice of <br />public hearing and mailing list. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2-d) contains the minutes for the public hearing <br />March 3, 1980 and P&Z Commission regular minutes dated March 3, <br />1980 in regards to their action on this case. <br /> <br />c) Enclosure (D2-e) contains excerpts of the City Code that <br />establishes the criteria for this request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council will have to take the following action. <br /> <br /> <br />
