CITY OF R~SEY <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREemENT <br /> <br />This contract' is entered into this day of l~rch, 2980, between the <br />City of Ramsey~ hereinafter referred to as "City", and Thomas and Barbara <br />Jo_hnstone, hereinafter refferred to as "Applicant", in conjunction w%th <br />the ~ssuance to the Applicant a Conditional Use Permit to maintain on <br />their premises at 25790 Traprock Street N.W., Ramsey, ~_nnesota a "Private <br />Dog Kennel" as defined in City Code Chapter 110.O139. <br /> <br />This Conditional Use Perndt is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicants <br />complying with the following: <br /> <br />1) At no time shall the Applicant have or keep more than <br />four (4) adult dogs on the premises. <br /> <br />2) This permit shall not allow more than one (2) litter of <br />pups at any one time for a period not to exceed four (4) <br />months. <br /> <br />3) A veterinarian shall inspect the plans or the proposed <br />kennel to determine if adequate space and sanitation are pro- <br />vided. Veterinarian approval shall be provided to the City <br />in writing. <br /> <br />4) The running fence shall have a warning sign of it being <br />electrical. <br /> <br />5) There shall be no signs indicating "Commercial Sale" of <br />the dogs. <br /> <br />6) The dogs shall be kept indoors at night, <br /> <br />7) If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner <br />shall be warned a~.d must remedy the situation. <br /> <br />8) The dogs will not be left in the open portion of the <br />kennel when no one is at the home. <br /> <br />9) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it <br />should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive <br />odors or creating any health hazards to the area. <br /> <br />10) Dogs shall not be allowed to runloose on Applicants <br />property except under the direct supervision of the Appli- <br />cants. <br /> <br />Il) Applicant shall maintain the private kennel in a sani~ <br />tary condition. <br /> <br /> <br />
