Tt~e lot size and proposed kennel location should not be unsightly <br />or undesirable or obnoxious in appearance and it should not' hinder <br />the orderly and harmonious development of the City or the district <br />where herein proposed. <br /> <br />d) That the plans submitted show adequate water supply and sewage <br /> disposal facilities. <br /> <br />e) The use will conform to the regulations of R-~ residential zoning <br /> except that a conditional use permit is required, <br /> <br />4) That the Performance Standards are as follows; <br /> <br />a) That fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka~ however, <br /> · the dog kennel should not create a fire hazard~ <br /> <br />b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable, <br /> <br />o) <br /> <br />That the applicant has stated and further agrees that the dogs will <br />be kept indoors at night and during his absence, Theonly noise <br />factor could be created by a stray do~ or individuals exciting <br />the applicants dogs. <br /> <br />d) Vibration will not be applicable. <br /> <br />e) That the applicant has agreed to maintain the kennel in a sanitary <br /> condition which will eliminate any obnoxious odors or air pollution. <br /> <br />That the applicant has agreed there shall be no signs indicating <br />co~ercial sale of dogs. <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the' kerunel if <br />it shoald receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive <br />odors or creating any health hazards to the area~ <br /> <br />That the applicant has brought his request to the City Council and they <br />directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with <br />Sections 170.016D, 170,016E, 170.016F of the Ramsey City 0rdinance~ <br /> <br /> <br />
