If the city counc'il approves the application, as a con- <br />diti6n of that approval, the council may attach such conditions as <br />it deems necessary., All development, construction and use shall be <br />in accordance with the approved plan and conditions required by the <br />city council. Any development not in accord with the approved plan <br />and conditio'ns shall constitute a violation of this chapter. The <br />conditions imposed shall be imposed only in order to protect the <br />public health, safety, convenience and welfare or to avoid traffic <br />congestion or hazard, or other dangers, or to promote conformity <br />of a proposed use with the character of the adjoining property and <br />uses, and the district as a whole, or to protect such character. <br /> <br /> 4. The term of a conditional use permit issued herein <br />shall be'indefinite and may be revoked only upon an affirmative show- <br />ing that the site is not being used for the use originally authorized <br />in the conditional use permit issue~ and in accord with the conditions- <br />attached by the city council. . . -. ~ .... . _~ . <br /> <br /> 5. In approving or disapproving the"app'licati~n, the city <br />council shall adopt written findings detailing t~e reasons for its <br />action. <br /> <br />]70. 016D STANDARDS FOR OONSIDERATION -' <br /> <br />In making the determination of wh'etber or not the conditional use is <br />to be allowed, the_city shall, consider.the following: ..,;.j .~: ...~i:i ~.~ .:. <br /> <br /> - a.
