Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Board Members Jeffrey, Brauer, <br />Shepherd, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Board Member Van <br />Scoy. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Johnson called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer stated the only thing he noticed was in the Council minutes, there was <br />going to be easements attached to this but if this is not a problem, he did not have any problems. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated they have not found any problems. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Brauer, seconded by Board Member Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #04- <br />10-306 adopting Findings of Fact #0702 relating to John Rowe's request for a variance to <br />Subdivision Design Standards relating to street frontage in the R-1 Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Board Members Brauer, Jeffrey, <br />Shepherd, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Board Member Van <br />Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Brauer, seconded by Board Member Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #04- <br />10-307 to approve John Rowe's request for a variance to Subdivision Design Standards relating <br />to street frontage in the R-1 Rural Developing District, based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
