Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-06-156 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR COVANENT <br />MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, Brookview Estates, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, MEADOWBROOK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Brookview Estates from <br />Brookview Estates, LLC on December 1, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 5, 2017; and; <br />WHEREAS, the Developer changed the name of the proposed subdivision from <br />Brookview Estates to Covenant Meadows due to a plat titled Brookview Estates already existing <br />within Anoka County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, <br />landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on February 22nd, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 2, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and tabled action until April; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Parks Commission considered the preliminary plat on March 9, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 14, 2017, the City Council received an update regarding the <br />preliminary plat; and <br />2017; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat again on April 6, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Covenant Meadows on <br />April 25, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of Covenant Meadows on June 13, <br />2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />
