That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for COVENANT <br />MEADOWS in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following conditions: <br />1. Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. <br />2. Incorporation of date of revisions for final plan set. <br />3.
