Unless otherwise indicated, all required materials shall be furnished by the Contractor. <br />If any options are provided for, as to type, grade, or design of the material, the choice shall be <br />limited as may be stipulated in the Plans, Specifications, or Special Provisions. <br />All manufactured products shall conform in detail to such standard design drawings as may be <br />referenced or furnished in the Plans. Otherwise, the Owner may require advance approval of <br />material suppliers, product design, or other unspecified details as it deems desirable for <br />maintaining adopted standards. <br />At the request of the Engineer, the Contractor shall submit in writing a list of materials and <br />suppliers for approval. Suppliers shall submit a Certificate of Compliance that the materials <br />furnished have been tested and are in compliance with the specifications. <br />Page 40 <br />
