These General Conditions have been prepared for use with the Agreement Between Owner and <br />Contractor for Construction Contract (EJCDC® C-520, Stipulated Sum, or C-525, Cost -Plus, 2013 Editions). <br />Their provisions are interrelated and a change in one may necessitate a change in the other. <br />To prepare supplementary conditions that are coordinated with the General Conditions, use EJCDC's <br />Guide to the Preparation of Supplementary Conditions (EJCDC® C-800, 2013 Edition).
