9. 9.20.11 — Subd. 6 — Eliminated "Screening" as it pertains to multi -family districts. <br />The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 7, 2004. There were no <br />written or verbal comments submitted at the hearing. The City Council reviewed and <br />introduced the ordinance on October 26, 2004. <br />Recommendation: <br />Under the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption.
