SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #04-— has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-— to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.02 (Definitions) to include a definition of `ornamental fence', and Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential District) to: a) clarify that townhome PUD's will be subject to R-2 Residential performance standards; b) expand the list of conditional uses to include cell towers in the tower overlay district and commercial greenhouses with buildings; c) increase driveway openings from 20 feet to 30 feet; 24 feet on cul-de-sacs; d) permit 1 driveway per street frontage in the MUSA district; e) clarify that the front yard setback in the rural districts are subject to the setback of the principal structure; t) eliminate the sub -items dealing with `parking', `screening', and `streets' as the apply to multi -family districts. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
