SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #04-— <br />has been approved by the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #04-— <br />to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land), Section 9.02 (Definitions) to include a definition of `ornamental fence', and <br />Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential District) to: a) clarify that townhome PUD's will be subject to R-2 <br />Residential performance standards; b) expand the list of conditional uses to include cell towers in the <br />tower overlay district and commercial greenhouses with buildings; c) increase driveway openings from <br />20 feet to 30 feet; 24 feet on cul-de-sacs; d) permit 1 driveway per street frontage in the MUSA district; <br />e) clarify that the front yard setback in the rural districts are subject to the setback of the principal <br />structure; t) eliminate the sub -items dealing with `parking', `screening', and `streets' as the apply to <br />multi -family districts. <br />SECTION 5.
