CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION <br />THIS DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT for Ramsey Town Center 3`d Addition (the <br />"Development Contract") is dated this day of October, 2004, by and between the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, a, Minnesota municipal corporation (the "CITY") and RAMDANCE, <br />LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "DEVELOPER"). <br />l . Request for Plat Approval. The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a <br />plat for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3`d ADDITION (also referred to in this Development <br />Contract as the "Plat"). The land is legally described as: <br />Outlot I, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. Ramsey Town Center Master Development Agreement. <br />a. By execution of this Development Contract, DEVELOPER <br />acknowledges the Subject Property and its development contemplated by the Preliminary Plat is <br />subject to the terms and conditions of that certain document entitled: <br />"CITY OF RAMSEY <br />MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />By and Between <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />And <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br />Dated September 17, 2003" <br />(the "Master Development Agreement") <br />b. The terms and conditions of the Master Development Agreement are <br />incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth at this point. DEVELOPER further <br />acknowledges, by execution of this Development Contract, receipt of a copy of the Master <br />Development Agreement.
