ORDINANCE NO. 04- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UILITY PURPOSES .IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />That permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over,_under, and across Outlot <br />I, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3.
