COuncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #04-11-XXX <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESIGN OFALL OF THE PHASE 2 ROADS <br />IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the master development agreement for Ramsey Town Center was signed on <br />September 17, 2003 and this agreement outlines the procedure and milestones for requesting <br />implementation of certain city installed improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a petition dated October 24, 2004, requesting <br />construction of certain improvements described as follows: Construction of Zeolite Street <br />between Sunwood Drive and Civic Center Drive and Civic Center Drive temporary culdesac, <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is progressing in the final design of the City Hall and <br />Parking Ramps and needs additional information for access and utilities for those sites, and; <br />WHEREAS, Hakanson Anderson has submitted the attached proposal to complete the <br />design for the Phase 2 roadways that will provide this information; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Administrator is directed to Order final design for this project from Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />2) The compensation for this final design will not exceed $105,500.00 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the day of November 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #04-11-XXX <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
