Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-11-XXX A RESOLUTON AUTHORZING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE PHASE 2 ROADS IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER WHEREAS, the master development agreement for Ramsey Town Center was signed on September 17, 2003 and this agreement outlines the procedure and milestones for requesting implementation of certain city installed improvements; and WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a petition dated October 24, 2004, requesting construction of certain improvements described as follows: Construction of Zeolite Street between Sunwood Drive and Civic Center Drive, Construction of Civic Center Drive between Zeolite Street and Saphire Street and Construction of Sapphire Street Between Sunwood Drive and Civic Center Drive, hereafter referred to as Phase 2 Improvements; and WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a petition dated October 24, 2004, requesting construction of Phase 2 Improvements, said petition agreeing to assess certain properties for 20% of the cost of the improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The City Administrator is directed to Order Preparation of a Feasibility Study for this project from Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. 2) The compensation for this Feasibility Study will not exceed $3000.00 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of November 2004.
